In the initial communication, we learned that the client already had a clear product concept and had strict requirements for the design details and quality of the product. However, this was the client's first venture into the field of puffy bags. Starting from understanding the needs, we gradually established an executable product plan.

In the subsequent in-depth communication, we further clarified the direction of the product. During this process, we did not rush into the production stage but first conducted a systematic analysis on "how to truly implement the design." Based on the client's design concept, we started from the actual usage scenarios and optimized the product in multiple dimensions, including comfort, structural stability, and material matching. Through this approach, the creative design that was originally at the conceptual level gradually transformed into an executable product plan for puffy bags.
In the continuous communication and adjustment, the product gradually took shape.
Since this is a special creative design, which is not available in the market yet plus it’s not so easy to make, so need to spend lot of time to test and try to find out the exact angle that can match the bag body well and show the design concept. During the subsequent product development process, we maintained frequent communication with the client and continuously adjusted the product details through multiple rounds of sample testing. As the structure, feel, and functionality were continuously improved, the product gradually transitioned from an initial concept to a mature form, not only meeting the design expectations visually but also achieving higher standards in actual usage experience. Eventually, we jointly completed a puffy bag product that combined design and practicality with the client, successfully transforming from creativity to product.

As the product gradually matured, the client established full confidence in our product development capabilities and service response. During a product data confirmation process, the client gave such feedback: "Amazing work I got from you." This brief comment was not just about a single result but an endorsement of the entire cooperation process. It was precisely this trust built on details that, after the first round of sample modifications, the client quickly made the decision to place an order, smoothly advancing the first cooperation between both parties.
